New Customer Service system in place, improved response time, and satisfaction survey

Age I and Age II
A new customer service portal launched today as we are aware of and are trying our best to solve the high customer service inquiries. With this new ticket system, we can significantly improve our response time and players will be able to rate their satisfaction on the outcome so the Evony team can continue to improve. Players will be able to login to the CS portal using normal Evony account passport details either through clicking on Help Center at the main Evony login page, or alternatively by going to http://helpspot.evony.com.

In the portal, players will be able to submit detailed customer service issues, ask the Evony team questions and check in on customer service issues to see progress on their problem.

Age II
We’ve launched the Evony Happiness Package, and all the keys in previous promotions like the “Special New Year Chest Key” or others can now open the new Special Evony Happiness Chest. This was due to requests from players saying they still have keys but are unable to open any chests.

We’ve increased the amount of colonies that players can own. Every city can have a maximum number of colonies equal to the number which is the lord’s title level multiplied by 10.

We’ve also restored all the accounts that had the issues when linking to facebook, and restored their coins and items including packages. If you are still experiencing a problem with this, please refer to the thread entitled RESOLUTION: Accounts lost when linked to facebook (http://bbs.evony.com/showthread.php?t=119555).

We wanted to clear up a few misunderstandings we’re seeing about the Age II transition:

1. You can keep playing Age I forever, under either plan.
2. Items will be transferred or copied if you choose to play Age II.
3. You will have plenty of time to decide if you want to play Age II. If not, you can keep playing Age I forever.
4. The plan that wins the vote is the plan that we will use.
