We’ve been working on this for some time in response to player request, we’re proud to release the “Account Protection” feature.

1. Where do I access this function?
Visit our home website and click the Manage Account button.

2. Account Protection
After following a few steps and personalizing your individual settings, your account will be protected. Once your account is under protection, you can recover your password quickly by verifying your personalized account protection security questions.

3. Secondary Email
If you email is no longer in use or you misspelled the email address upon registration, you may elect to set a secondary email address to receive mails from Evony. Under no time will this email be passed to third parties and Evony will not be spamming you.

a. You must complete your individual personalized account protection settings before you can set up a secondary email address.
b. Mail including password recovery, billing confirmation and others will be sent to the registered secondary email address.
c. You still need the original registered email to log in to Evony website and the game client, your secondary email address will not allow you to log in the website and the game client.
d. You may modify your secondary email address ONE TIME ONLY. Further changes to your secondary email address cannot be entered.

We at Evony want to remind you that security is a serious issue. Please ensure that you are taking the proper steps to protect your account; never give out your password, do not make it easy to guess, don’t make it the same that you log in to other things.
Remember, we at Evony will never ask for your password nor will we send unsolicited advertisements for other unrelated sites or games.
