Stone wall defense is a technique used in Evony that one uses agains enemy plunder.
if your stones are a lot more than your food,lumber,iron. they would be getting mostly stones if they attacked.

but of course, its better if you can prevent enemy from plundering at all

Honor in evony is easy to get and easy to lose, so dont bother.
Its fun to have though :p
You get it from surviving attacks of enemies or attacking someone with honors.
