All of my buildings/resource fields have reached its maximum level or maxed out,
I guess the next challenge for this game then is to try and conquer a level 10 npc.

Lol, I was trying to conquer a level 10 valley before, and then server update/maintenance happened while my army was on their way. And after I re-login the level 10 forest just became level 1.
