Firstly we want to tell you we have two packages here in this period:
a. Christmas Package worth $18 needs no key to open it.
b. Special Christmas Chest worth $30 which needs a Special Christmas Chest Key to open it.

For every transaction worth $30 or more during December 15th to the 27th, you’ll be getting a FREE Christmas package. Not only that, but you’ll also be given a special Christmas Chest Key which can be used to open the Special Christmas Chests in this FREE Christmas package.

Remember how we said it’s the time of giving? Well, players who do make purchases with transactions over $30 will also be able to send to their friends a Special Christmas Chest FREE! It’s so easy to pass on gifts to friends; all you have to do is choose to send all your friends or alliance members .Or you can write down the lord name directly to send out the Special Christmas Chest during the payment. You can choose all your friends in the list, but just know that only 20 friends maximum can be written down if you want to write their names rather than using your friend list. And you can not send gifts to those friends who are not in the same server with you. Just remember, you’ll need a Special Christmas Chest Key to open those gifts your friends send you!

Did you get a Special Christmas gift from your friend? How will you know? Each person who has been given a Special Christmas Chest by their friend will receive a system mail to inform them of the gift, and there will be a special URL in the mail content which you can also give a return gift to the person who sent you one! This URL will take you to the payment site, and once you purchase $30 you’ll be able to send Special Christmas gifts to your friends, also you can get the Christmas package and the key for special Chest too.

What’s more unimaginable is that people who received gifts from friends will also get a item called “Santa’s Milk and Cookies” which can make your troops no longer consume any food in ANY of your cities for 24 hours from the time you use it! Every player can use at most 5 times during this offer period for FIVE DAYS ZERO UPKEEP! Please remember, that this item can only be used during December 23rd and ends December 27th. Once December 28th comes, this buff will expire and the Spirit of Giving item will be gone. So even if you don’t have a key for the Chest, you can at least get the “Santa’s Milk and Cookies”.

Don’t forget, to get the great items in your Christmas Packages or Special Christmas Chest after your purchases, just click on the gift box in the top left corner of your screen and claim the package, then go to your Items window and you’ll find the packages in the “chest” column. The Special Christmas Chest Key is in a normal Christmas package. However, if you get gifts from your friends, the Santa’s Milk and Cookies gift will be directly in your items page, do not need to claim, very easy! (So to get packages you need to claim them on the gift box, to get Santa’s Milk and Cookies do not need, there will be in your items directly.)
